Chapter 4 Moments
4.4 Centers of Mass
If a rod is uniform rods, where the centre of mass is always at the midpoint. If a rod is non-uniform the centre of mass is not necessarily at the midpoint of the rod. You might need to consider the moment due to the weight of a non-uniform rod or find the position of its centre of mass. In this lesson you learn about Solve problems involving non-uniform rods, moments centers of mass, centers of mass, and torsional moment.
If you're a student in a school/college that's based in England, you might be entitled for full access to our eLearning platform where you can access to all our tutorial videos and practice questions.
